Scammer site, preferredbypete.com, gets people to join and pay for VIP membership, then bans them. Also selling private server keys to hack Dishnetwork and trying to blame others to protect himself. Banned many members and still causing trouble for anyone that used to be a member that he banned, bottom line trying to say they are the ones doing the illegal selling of IKS authorization numbers.
