got this weird spike in my apache logs and its really bugging me now, not normal trafic at all. Suddenly tons of GET requests, looks like a bot or someone poking at files that dont even exist. like who still tries admin.php in 2024 lmao. response codes flying all over the place. fr tho this is a messy attempt at scanning. probably just an intern somewhere learning what nmap is. blocked it for now, lets see if they come back next week. web never sleeps it seems

J’ai vérifié le journal ce matin, quelque chose cloche avec cette adresse. Un pic de requêtes bizarre en pleine nuit, genre comme si quelqu’un jouait avec mon serveur. Sérieusement, ça fait flipper un peu, je déteste ce genre de surprise. Les connexions viennent toutes les minutes, c’est trop suspect pour rester normal. Même le firewall a réagi mais pas assez vite. Je ne sais pas si quelqu’un teste des failles ou juste un bot qui s’amuse mais ça commence à me saouler. Faut vraiment que je trouve une solution avant que ça dégénère complètement.

I noticed that this IP (182.53.202.98) accessed my gmail and yahoo account. My IP starts with 125.27, so it seems to be obvious that an unauthorised person got access to my private e-mail accounts. Thai law says up to 40 000 bahts fine and/or two years jail. Is there a way to identify the owner of this IP? Could it be asianust.ac.th? Thank you

Something weird popped up in my logs today, felt like someone poking around where they shouldn’t. Seriously, who still tries brute force in 2024, get a new hobby. Saw this one pop up overnight and triggered a bunch of failed logins. Maybe it’s just some script kiddie or an automated scan, but still kind of annoying. Already blocked it, hopefully that’s the end of it for now.
