honestly why's this thing trying to log into my server at 3am, dont people sleep? whole log's full of weird attempts again with some random usernames like admin1 and qwerty. pretty sure nobody here has ever used anything like that. one minute its russia then its vietnam or somewhere, lol. probably just a botnet but you never really know who's out there. firewall blocked like 200 tries in five minutes i mean come on. time to add more bacon to the iptables pan and call it a morning

seriously what was that weird traffic i just saw in my server logs? looked like someone kept poking at the login page over and over with weird usernames. i thought it was just some bot but this behavior is kinda different. hey if you’re the one doing this knock it off my patience is thin today. not sure if i should worry or just block that range and forget about it. folks, are you seeing anything odd in your own dashboards lately or is it just me losing it? i’ll probably start banning first and asking questions later. oh well, another day another script kiddie trying to ruin my coffee break.
