I don't know whose IP address this is, but I know that it came from in the town where I live. They accessed my email account yesterday, and I received multiple messages to my phone that my account was being altered. I have my suspicions as to who it was, but I need verification, more specifically an address, so that I may narrow down this search and go through the proper channels in the legal aspect in order to cease this violation of privacy. Thank you.
