Major referrer spammer, to be sure. Fairpoint appears to be complicit, either by apathy or ignorance. WOT lists them as \\\"poor\\\" (http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/pnarp.com). Their servers are hosted by ce.weks.ws, and the nameservers for that domain are at eprci.net. Interestingly, eprci.net appears to be a \\\"computer consulting company\\\" in Manchester, NH. Personally, I\\\'d recommend blocking all Fairpoint netblocks in Maine and New Hampshire.
