Someone is sending out a fake html file that looks like it is a paypal login form with a notification to log in. When the html file is opened it shows what looks like the paypal login screen but it is not. In the source code the login form is posting to http://artistswoods.com/php/procesing.php which is not paypal, so they are tricking you into using a fake login to get your paypal login information so they can rip you off. There is no reason that the paypal login page with process on any website other than paypal so these guys are scammers.
