I received the e-mail below from MS_Agency (monette@erols.com). When I replied to it, the e-mail address showing as the recipient is scp.agent1@gmx.us. Trust me, this is a scam. If you follow through, they will send you a large check with a real ink signature for a checking account that is closed. They want you to deposit it in your checking account and take your cut and then go to a Western Union Agent to wire the remaining balance. By the time your bank realizes it is a bad check (which can take a few days), your bank will hit you up for fees plus the amount of the check. I got a similar e-mail like this months ago and they did send me the check, but I never cashed it. If you have recently updated your billing information, please disregard this message as we are processing the changes you have made. If you need further assistance with your order." Sincerely. Amazon Security Center" The sender was MY own email address, and addressed to myself!! Spooky and fake. Beware of this scam.
