IP belongs to www.shodan.io which scans the web for devices and publishes them on their site. Therefore tries to login to ftp, vpn ... devices to get a status message from the device. Very annoying.

71.6.165.200 tried to get into my computer through wininit.exe. Firewall alert for option to block, block/terminate or allow. I blocked and terminated and then got blue screen with fatal error message. I was able to restart my computer after this happened.
