They tried to get into my yahoo mail account and then they tried to delete my account

I got an email on MSN stating my email account would be deactivated per my request dated 10/20/2013 from IP 201.130.47.33 The mail did not indicate that it was my MSN account or other account, just said 'your email service provider'. This is maybe the 3rd or 4th email I've received in the past two weeks.
