This person, Peter Scalia, has been harassing people in Panama, Ecuador and the U.S. for more than 7 years. His latest batch of abusive emails is being sent to approximately 65 different addresses. I've had him banned from Yahoo many years ago but he's obviously changed IP providers and again has been sending abusive bulk emails.
