Used to REMOTELY ACCESS home networks via alltel phone , Cisco routers (or other). Completely sabatoged laptops, desktops, smartphones, iPads, Installed auto WINDOWS REBOOT packages so we couldn't restore devises to original condition.

That IP lookes fishy, no joke. Been watching strange stuff pop up in logs all day. Someone probly tryin to get in or mess with the site. Better keep an eye on it before somethin bad hapens. These kinda things just never go away, huh?
