I actually work with this Terri person and she has been suspended from her job in Anacostia for very inappropriate behavior so I think its important to take with a grain of salt anything coming from her and her insane boyfriend Ben who has gotten her pregnant and won't even marry her..I knew she had been bothering people on craigslist and wanted to set the record straight!
I was scrolling through this website about an email scam and came across this page. Terri and Ben sound like true trolls, self-proclaimed. I would be very afraid to deal with this couple. If Terri didn't like what the sound of the person on the other line and that she was "crazy" then she should have cut her off. Instead, she dragged her into a protracted argument. Scary and sickening. I can only imagine what she would have done if she actually got access to the apartment. If you don't like the sound of the other person, hang up and stop answering. It's really juvenile and a little sick to keep going for "amusement." Now, I know never to rent anything out because I might encounter such people.

Can anyone who has had an experience with her please tell me how to get off her radar? She messaged me on Facebook asking for advice on how to illegally rent her apartment. I advised her against doing it and googled her name because things didn't seem right. I found this thread and sent her the link requesting that we end all communication. She didn't take it very well and began targeting me immediately. I have significant health issues, work full time, and have two small children. I really don't have time to entertain nonsense. Any advice would be helpful. I just need her to go away.

I responded to an ad she listed on craigslist back in 2010. She didn't use that yahoo email address, but she used the phone number 202-361-9060. The name she used in corresponding with me was Lori K Watzman. Complete pyscho when not replying to her email within an hour for tickets. Several scathing emails and Called me a "******* *******".

This woman is insane. I emailed her about an apartment she posted on Craigslist in DC. Within a few e-mails, it had somehow escalated to her threatening and insulting me in several ways. Batshit crazy this one is.

Actually this person is really great as well as the apartment. As someone who was searching for a place to live I know how much spam is out there and its about enough to drive one to distraction. Was told some of the crazy stories of people who were beyond bizarre scheduling visits and not showiing etc. There are certainly two sides to every story and this person is awesome!!
I received any number of completely crazy and threatening email about some Sundance tickets that I had listed online as I wanted to trade some screenings for others. Her name is Susan Berman. You can't imagine the email I got. So scary that I had to have her email address deleted at the server level. This person is some kind of dangerous stalker.
