This IP address has been used 12 times over the last 30 days. My data from my internet service was completely cleaned out and I haven't found anyone, Dish, Hughes Net. Belkin etc. I have called them everyday and no one saw a problem. I kept a long for over a week as to when my computer was on/off and when mu router was unplugged. My data was still being used even if the computer was off and router unplugged. Is there anyway I can find out who, how this is being done without my permission?

I was in and out of various web sites, when something looked strange to me. I signed out of my google account and tried to sign back in when Google reflected \"hey you got some blah blah activity\", it directed me to \"security\" and \"recent\" activity. \"sign on\'s\" had been attempted from some place in Nevada i\'ve never been to and linked to this IP.
