Can anyone advise as to how to stop receiving junk / spam emails from your own email address. I have already gone through all the usual steps of changing passwords etc. I don't think I am sending out to anyone else. I have also used virus removal software but no luck.
Receiving lots of spam from info@1und1.de everyday for months, blocking does nothing, not in my safe sender/groups list - why can't microsoft do something about this?
lots of complaints..............but has anybody got an answer as to how to stop them sending e-mails???? h

After asking 1und1 to stop emailing then threatening legal action if they didn't stop emailing. I finally sent this email to them using hostmaster@1und1.de, after forwarding 100's of emails to the FTC (spam@uce.gov) of course TAKE MY ADDRESS OFF YOUR LIST IMMEDIATELY. YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. I am now forwarding all your emails to The Federal Trade Commission, ICO and Ofcom. Was like flicking a switch!! Not heard from them since.
Go to your main account where the emails are being sent to a change your password of that email address. I think they manipulate the password to keep sending to emails. Make it as complicated as possible the emails Should stop

If it is indeed spam, the original sender can be charged $500 per email. The more mail they get from different users but same spammer, the more it\'s likely to be investigated.[6]
This is the worst email spammer I have EVER come across - currently I am receiving 10-20 emails per hour, all from this email address peddling all manner of ****. I have clicked "unsubscribe" to no avail, I have replied to the email address both asking politely to be removed, and, latterly, with abuse of my own! I am going to try to block all emails from this address through my email provider, but these are clearly unscrupulous f*ckers of the highest order - BE WARNED!!
getting 50 to 100 emails per day and want them to stop - please help ( info@1und1.de )
I have tried all of the steps above and sent them emails in German and English and am still getting in excess of 50 junk mails a day! Any other ideas?

48 hours and still no emails. I am hopeful. Give it a try and hope it helps you. Otherwise I think everyone who gets these should forward them straight back to the info address and the host address to swamp them with these rubbish emails. Does anyone have any ideas where they may have picked up their contacts from? I am noticing some Amazon links which is worrying.
This email address is so frustrating! I sent this to info@1und1.de and hostmaster@1und1.de. Got an automated response. So far no more emails! Only the first 24 hours though, so will see how it goes. I am tired of recieving coutless e-mails every single day for over 12 months about products that I have absolutely no interest in. > I have tried blocking these emails to no avail. It is against the law to continue to bombard people with e-mails, text messages or phone calls for products that they have not specifically shown an interest in, simply because you have accessed their data. > I shall leave you to research which laws 1&1 are in breach of. If these do not stop I shall seek further legal advice with regard to a private civil case for compensation and damages. Hope this helps you

Here is an email to send them. It demands that thy stop sending unwanted emails and that if they don't stop thy will be reported to both countries. Get about 80-100 of these emails everyday into my Inbox. None go into my junk folder which is strange as I've previously highlighted this email address as spam/phishing. Had enough now, changing email address.
I am getting over 100 a day now and it's worsening. I have done all I can, have clicked on block and report as a scam and it's never ending. I am going to have to close my email account because of this and yet I can't really afford to change email addresses. I am also taking to the police as it's harassment and illegal that we can't block it out, literally nothing works.
keep getting emails sent from this address try to sell stuff like life insurance and things keep blocking but still coming through
I'm suddenly getting loads of emails a day from this company. Their "unsubscribe" link doesn't seem to work and for someone as un-technical as me this is extremely frustrating. I have blocked them using outlook but I'm not really sure this is the complete solution. I just wish they would stop it's just so annoying!!!
