I have followed a person seeking contact with me with this IP number and his email is: colife360@yahoo.com He claims that he is a widower with a 20 year old daughter and live in Texas Houston because he would like to meet a new woman, but I highly doubt his word. He is extremely verbal and can charm anyone. Therefore, I have started an investigation on him over the Internet and found, among other things, his IP number (via his email). I would appreciate if you could share your experience with me.

I have no yahoo software on my computer, yet it seems to be actively communicating on its own with no clear purpose. It seems to be some sort of data collector. I called Yahoo because my deceased father's Yahoo account had been compromised and my family was receiving spam from them. After a 45 minute phone call with India, they try and tell me a foreign IP address (98.139.183.24) has compromised my computer and I needed a $299 computer cleanup that they could arrange. Yes, this is Yahoo Customer Support- 1-800-947-3145. Now I see the "foreign IP address" is Yahoo's in California.
