I was on my IRC channel for a pretty obscure program (Pesterchum) and so this bot comes on and does a whole bunch of spamming. Ex(CWB is the bot)(I am TG): CURRENT w8948239Bot [CWB] RIGHT NOW responded to memo. CWB: download digital .txt file at 28.193.283.44! CTC: ThE ****? CAT: wHAT,,? CTG: ok then thx CGC ceased responding to memo. CTG: we dont appreciate hostile bots my good sir CWB: HACK [it continues to say this for a while] ??? Adminbot [?AA] ??:?? FROM ???? responded to memo. ?AA: [[ w8948239Bot, it looks like some of your last ~2 messages might have been truncated at "...ACKHACKH" and "...KHACKHAC". ]] CTC: UhH CTG banned CWB from responding to memo: [duh]. So I ban it and decide to privately message it. The IP addresses they gave me each time were different if you'll notice. This is one of those adresses. So I'd be careful. The "bot" made a few typos, was very informal, and overall seemed very prideful. Overall humanlike. It was probably a troll but you never know with tech these days.
