There are a number of legal and seemingly normal websites used to sell Adidas shoes but the owneers are using a number of 163.com e-mail addresses to open fake redirect links on tumblr.com and seesaa.net where their dummy sites are used to redirect to other pages. All this is allowable, but they are using software to send out spam mails and to use their urls on fake form filling software. This is messing with sites who rely on those forms. Anything that can be done to stop this spammer should be done.
