This is an IP used by scammers in Africa, or nearby countries (Ghana.) The actual user claims to be a woman on a dating website. I have had personal experience with a situation such as this one. The scammers try and gain your confidence and proceed to ask for money... I am sure this is nothing new, but just letting you know.. anyone e-mailing from Ghana for Love and dating is a scammer.
