something weird happend just now on my site logs, i saw some strange traffic popping up outta nowhere. bunch of weird requests coming in quick, made no sense at all. why would someone want to ask for robots.txt a hundered times? kept hitting some old pages that i sware nobody uses. this is probably some cheap bot scraping or maybe even looking for a hole somewhere. Not gonna say panic mode ON, but yeah lil bit. Im thinking about blocking it or maybe some throttle on my firewall. will log it for now and see if more stuff turns up. does anybody else see this kind of thing lately? Not sure if its just my bad luck or something bigger.
