This is a scammer sending out phony pics of a **** blonde trying to get men to send her money to pay to relocate her. It's an old scam. You western union them money for gas, bills, etc., and then never see or hear from them again. The police can't do anything because you voluntarily wired the money to them and don't even think about trying to get the money back from Western Union because they will laugh in your face and hang up on you!
