Tried the same rental scam with a property in Fargo, ND. This the address that he used goodhome1109@hotmail.com. Claimed to be Thomas Lowell, who is working with the SIM program in West Africa. Name now where to be found on the website and other information didn't add up. I was able to look at my email and find this IP address. Looked it up on google and others had reported it as well.
