this guy is a chineese gold farmer, meaning he has like 50 pc's that runs diablo ans world of warcraft, then spams there chatchannels selling in game gold. I reported his name location and serveral other thing ,(phone number) to blizzard but they have done nothing, since then he attempts to hack my pc, in running stealth so its no prob, let him waiste his time.

BitDefender Total Security 2013 has detected and blocked 7 port scan attempts by this IP (58.218.199.227) from 9-4-12 at 0457 hours to now(9-5-12, 0129 hours) on my computer. I have nothing to worry about as my computer is well-protected, but it makes me a little concerned because it's happened to so many people for so long and nothing has been done about it. I caught these fools when I used a Russian server for a website of mine when I fired up my server these clowns came along... I have now a simple linksys router with DD-WRT firmware 35$ !!! Ebay and a simple firewall script that drops the connection at my router... These clowns have consistently hit 100+ times daily for 3 years and the connection is just dropped,,, Defies Reasoning but once you get on the list you are on it for life!!! I thought I lost them a month ago whe I went 24 hours without 58. china hit but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO it was back the next day!!! The internet needs policing but I rather take care of it here Global shutting down parts of the internet is a slippery slope IMO...
