The person using this IP address has spammed my blog with about 25 demeaning emails because I contribute to a blog that she dislikes. Of the person she dislikes, she has stated that she wants them dead.
This lady has sent me hundreds of messages that are down right foul, disgusting, demeaning and slanderous all due to the fact that I have a different opinion from hers. And I have never said anything or responded in anyway to her whatsoever. But the messages have been sent to me for over a year now, non stop. Beware of this lady, as she is one of the most nasty foul mouthed persons I have ever come across in my life. She has gone on to say that she would make it her mission to ruin my life and have my children taken from me and that I must must be dying from being an alcoholic drug addict as the reason I don't respond. Actually, I don't respond because why should I? But I say it again, beware as this lady will stalk you for not thinking as she does, even if you're a good person, she will stalk you for years if you come across her path. And she will even bad mouth you and get others to write you also.
I think the person using this IP address is named Jessica, and her last name is Asian of Viet Nam descent. She is nasty, threatening, and uses lies to defame others. Comcast did not suspend her service, so she uses proxy IP addresses now, but the content and writing style is the same. Jessica stalks people from blog to blog, community Facebook pages, and on Twitter, claims knowing their real names, posts awful photos claiming they are the real photos of her victims, calls them filthy names, and mocks those who associates with her victims. If she finds a way to make contact with associates, she does the same to them.

DNSBL* - is a list of IP addresses published through the Internet Domain Name Service (DNS) either as a zone file that can be used by DNS server software, or as a live DNS zone that can be queried in real-time. DNSBLs are most often used to publish the addresses of computers or networks linked to spamming; most mail server software can be configured to reject or flag messages which have been sent from a site listed on one or more such lists.
WHOIS** - is a query/response protocol that is widely used for querying databases in order to determine the registrant or assignee of Internet resources, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system number. WHOIS lookups were traditionally performed with a command line interface application, and network administrators predominantly still use this method, but many simplified web-based tools exist. WHOIS services are typically communicated using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). Servers listen to requests on the well-known port number 43.
** Approximate Geographic Location - This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.
