Complaint by Evelyne Andrade :

Hi there, I am the webmaster of http://www.familyhealthinsurance.org. An SEO agency which I hired has posted a spam comment with link to my site on the site "http://www.winzerinsurance.com" being hosted by you on the IP - "204.197.240.125". The SEO agency using this dangerous spammy technique has posted similar spam comments on many other sites. This was done without my knowledge or approval. As soon as I discovered this I fired the SEO agency and am also currently mulling my legal options as the methods which the agency has used has defamed my site. I have been personally contacting the webmasters of all these sites requesting them to delete the comments. Many of them have responded and deleted the comments. I have sent an email to the webmaster of the site being hosted by you almost 6-7 times in the past 6 months requesting him to delete this comment, but there is no response from his side. I contacted him using the contact us form and the email address on their domain registration but none seems to be working. I am assuming he is not receiving the emails as the email ids from these sources are probably not current. If you go through the link below and read the comment posted you will acknowledge that this is a generic spam comment posted with the sole purpose of giving a link to my site. I feel so sad that my site has become a part of what I term as the pollution of the web. As the site is being hosted by you can you kindly intimate the webmaster or forward this mail and ask him to take immediate action. All the webmaster needs to do is just simply delete this spam comment. The spam comment is present on the following page: == http://www.winzerinsurance.com/2011/01/health-insurance-tax-breaks-for-self-employed-persons/ Aisha MillerJan 17, 2011 at 4:50 amReply Nice post. It was great with many good points. If you’re self employed, how in the world do you go about choosing just the right family health insurance for the self employed plan? There are so many insurers out there! They all offer the same basic options; they just have different, fancy labels for them. I have read more about Family Health Insurance for the Self Employed at http://www.familyhealthinsurance.org/Family-Health-Insurance-for-the-Self-Employed.html What do you think about this page? == Thank you for spending your valuable time reading my email and hoping for a quick response from your end. Thanks

Please help us keep Internet safer and cleaner by leaving a descriptive comment about 204.197.240.125 IP address

DNSBL* - is a list of IP addresses published through the Internet Domain Name Service (DNS) either as a zone file that can be used by DNS server software, or as a live DNS zone that can be queried in real-time. DNSBLs are most often used to publish the addresses of computers or networks linked to spamming; most mail server software can be configured to reject or flag messages which have been sent from a site listed on one or more such lists.

WHOIS** - is a query/response protocol that is widely used for querying databases in order to determine the registrant or assignee of Internet resources, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system number. WHOIS lookups were traditionally performed with a command line interface application, and network administrators predominantly still use this method, but many simplified web-based tools exist. WHOIS services are typically communicated using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). Servers listen to requests on the well-known port number 43.

** Approximate Geographic Location - This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.
