I am having major download issues. CableOnda shows download speeds of 15 Mbps and web host: speed of.me shows download speeds of 6 Mbps. How do I get CableOnda t verify and fix our problem. I am paying for 15 Mb; I cannot accept a download of 6 - 8 Mbps. Can someone out there help me ?
