Just port scan the dumb **** right back guys.... **** with them too if you want lol, I've done it and he's got several open ports. if you have a laptop install an anonymous version of linux and get on some random persons wireless, totally untraceable :-D.
Add me to the list. Norton is letting me know, hopefully they are blocking. What could working class hero's possibly give China?
58.218.199.250 is scanning the ports of my pc. Please black list this IP (58.218.199.250). This guy looks like a hacker from china.
I'm getting this guy every day. 58.218.199.250 Firewall says detected a port scan attempt.
Since 2 days... In "France" Outpost Security Suite PRO Agnitum ==> "Attaque Analyse de ports Action: hôte bloqué Agresseur IP: 58.218.199.250" ~ x10/day :( **** from Bejing ...
My ESET program just blocked this is a "port scanning attack" and I'm glad it did. I'm not super computer savvy, but if NOD32/ESET's firewall blocks it... it can't be a good scan.Hope this report helps a bit. It happened on 1/26/13 at 10:51:59 PST.
This guy keeps port scanning, it has been going on for weeks now. Even after changing my IP address.
58.218.199.250 has been port scanning me for days. (source is 58.218.199.250:12200) The weird thing is I got a new IP address and they came back. My machine is clean.
Symantec blocks ip 58.218.199.250 many times a day. I went to a company unix server and did a traceroute to the ip. I could follow the many hops across america to west coast, then a WAN (wide area network) connection to China. I agree with the comment to block all traffic from 58.218.0.0 - 58.218.255.255 unless you correspond with someone in China. partial traceroute result: 22 CHINA-TELEC.edge1.SanJose3.Level3.net (4.71.114.102) 23 202.97.52.229 24 * 202.97.50.89 25 202.97.33.189 26 202.97.33.85 28 61.160.130.102 29 58.218.203.66 30 58.218.201.242

I called for retaliation against this site. See this link for infromation on the site: http://teamris.webs.com Tally Ho.
This person is a hacker someone blacklist this IP completely until a thorough investigation is done
I get this kind of scans already since 2008 and still cannot figure out what makes them happen and where did they get my ip from. Since 2008 i phisically moved place, got a new ip as well and still they manage to find me. I don not run any webservices and do not have any infected client pc's or servers. Is time to stop them, remote desktop is wide open so please somebody who is a bit hack savvy, shutdown this server!

DNSBL* - is a list of IP addresses published through the Internet Domain Name Service (DNS) either as a zone file that can be used by DNS server software, or as a live DNS zone that can be queried in real-time. DNSBLs are most often used to publish the addresses of computers or networks linked to spamming; most mail server software can be configured to reject or flag messages which have been sent from a site listed on one or more such lists.
WHOIS** - is a query/response protocol that is widely used for querying databases in order to determine the registrant or assignee of Internet resources, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system number. WHOIS lookups were traditionally performed with a command line interface application, and network administrators predominantly still use this method, but many simplified web-based tools exist. WHOIS services are typically communicated using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). Servers listen to requests on the well-known port number 43.
** Approximate Geographic Location - This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.
