Complaint by Amanda Fox https://ip-address-lookup-v4.com/ip/107.77.196.52 :

I’m contacting you in regards to IP address 192.168.1.207. This is my ex-boyfriends. I only have obtained it because he has hacked into our home wifi, and after shutting it off a few times, he has somehow made him self the admin user on our account. My landlords AT&T account, that is. I have tried to have him blacklisted from it. With no avail. He only gets back on because he has remote access and he has me blacklisted. As of right now, none of our internet is working. And my iphone is unable to connect to the wifi even when it is working. I tried to manually enter my IP address into our home desktop and it will not work. So I decided to look up my IP address in the search engine Bing. I came across a website. I believe it was called Mobile Tracker.org. It is a site that is made to block or redirect up addresses. He is using mine to spy on me, and to use my Internet service. Because this site comes with many features, including geo-tracking, visited web pages, and other features I can’t recall at the moment. I will try to send you a link to this page. Anyways, this phone hacking has been going on for two months now. He has locked me out of two Facebook accounts, 3 gmail accounts, at least 2 iTunes accounts and iCloud accounts. And it has costed me $150 at a phone device repair store. I have downloaded 3 different security apps. Bitdefender, Mcafee, and Fyde. None have kept him out. I have switched phones, I went from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 8 Plus, and now probably going to change to an iPhone 7. I’m at my wits end. Apple says they can’t help me, AT&T refuses to help me, I guess because I’m on a prepaid plan. If you could give me some advice or idea of what to do, I would greatly appreciate it. By the way, the one hacking and stealing from our home wifi and my iPhone is Braxton Mack Causey. His birthday is May 3, 1988. His phone numbers change, but presently they are 501-625-0561 and the one he i believe he is using my IP address for is 501-918-0261. I have his MAC address, just not on me at the moment. Please contact me as soon as possible. My email address is afox22779@icloud.com. My phone number is 501-467-6084. My wifi (mac) address for my phone is D0:2B:20:95:7A:2D. Thank you, I hope to hear from you soon.

DNSBL* - is a list of IP addresses published through the Internet Domain Name Service (DNS) either as a zone file that can be used by DNS server software, or as a live DNS zone that can be queried in real-time. DNSBLs are most often used to publish the addresses of computers or networks linked to spamming; most mail server software can be configured to reject or flag messages which have been sent from a site listed on one or more such lists.

WHOIS** - is a query/response protocol that is widely used for querying databases in order to determine the registrant or assignee of Internet resources, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system number. WHOIS lookups were traditionally performed with a command line interface application, and network administrators predominantly still use this method, but many simplified web-based tools exist. WHOIS services are typically communicated using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). Servers listen to requests on the well-known port number 43.

** Approximate Geographic Location - This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.
