after time warner replaced modem yesterday i see this is my ip. however when i type 'ip search' on google i every link says i have a different ip when i did not even type in the ip #. my computer has been hacked since 10.28.14. possibly before. one report came back as saying i am hacked by my server. i had a problem w/someone on fb who then got employment at time warner so that is one possibility. i am assuming one cannot have 2 ip numbers. it is also possible my hacker has fixed my computer to give me that bogus 2nd ip. but since this above ip comes up in my system preferences what can i do?
This ip 192.168.0.3 and 192.168.0.1 and 0.2 my ip isnot close to that i have time warrner

i don't know what type address this is but a site told me to hit netscan and activity text because i want to get proof of who's hacking me and a lot came up and i don't think this is my ip address. sorry because i didn't know anything about this stuff but because i am hacked and no one will help i am being forced to try to prove it on my own. no one will look at my evidence because i have so much evidence screenshots especially thousands because it's been going on for years but i only discovered that it was hacking in 2015 i think but it's destroyed my life and i am sure it is my family in florida

DNSBL* - is a list of IP addresses published through the Internet Domain Name Service (DNS) either as a zone file that can be used by DNS server software, or as a live DNS zone that can be queried in real-time. DNSBLs are most often used to publish the addresses of computers or networks linked to spamming; most mail server software can be configured to reject or flag messages which have been sent from a site listed on one or more such lists.
WHOIS** - is a query/response protocol that is widely used for querying databases in order to determine the registrant or assignee of Internet resources, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system number. WHOIS lookups were traditionally performed with a command line interface application, and network administrators predominantly still use this method, but many simplified web-based tools exist. WHOIS services are typically communicated using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). Servers listen to requests on the well-known port number 43.
** Approximate Geographic Location - This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.
