this ip address is running port scans.

Why is this map showing my IP address as being in Hounslow? I live in North Wales, over 200 miles away. Since I have been given this IP address earlier this year, my download speed is now 1/3 of my upload speed. Thank you Namesco for your useless broadband.

Hello. I received information from my gmail account indicating that the person at this IP Address may have hacked into my account. I have noticed, at work, that I am getting e-mails from "myself" apparently from this very same e-mail account that gmail says was hacked into.
