This email of 96.35.83.26 has been spamming my home computers, my work computers , and web site computers for 12 years. I had it long/lat traced to either the Lapeer County Dispatch or Lapeer Fire Dept. It's either one. Working on connecting the ?n ambiguous block to the rightful owner on Feb 5th 2012, at 12:23 pm when it was last used to send me spam messages.
