I have received several 'no such email address emails' from this IP address twice now.
I receive several "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" a day about the ip address which seems to spam a lot : SMTP error from remote server after MAIL command: host: mx-eu.mail.am0.yahoodns.net 4.7.1 [TS03] All messages from 82.165.159.131 will be permanently deferred; Retrying will NOT succeed. See http://postmaster.yahoo.com/421-ts03.html
I get piles of failed mail from this IP forging my address to send their ****.
I am loosing e-mails that I forward to my Yahoo account because Yahoo mail servers reject this IP as being listed in the Spamhaus database. However it is a legit address used by mail.com to forward e-mails. http://postmaster.mail.com/en/email-server/
apparently mail.com would need to request their delisting from this database: https://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/query/SBL205747
Here is where to notify mail.com to take action: http://postmaster.mail.com/en/blacklisting/
I have messages to EU bounce with the IP address 82.165.159.131 listed as rejected for spamming. This is your IP address. Please correct.

DNSBL* - is a list of IP addresses published through the Internet Domain Name Service (DNS) either as a zone file that can be used by DNS server software, or as a live DNS zone that can be queried in real-time. DNSBLs are most often used to publish the addresses of computers or networks linked to spamming; most mail server software can be configured to reject or flag messages which have been sent from a site listed on one or more such lists.
WHOIS** - is a query/response protocol that is widely used for querying databases in order to determine the registrant or assignee of Internet resources, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system number. WHOIS lookups were traditionally performed with a command line interface application, and network administrators predominantly still use this method, but many simplified web-based tools exist. WHOIS services are typically communicated using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). Servers listen to requests on the well-known port number 43.
** Approximate Geographic Location - This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.
