Security software detected Skype trying to send information from my computer to the IP address 78.109.29.208. It seems to be registered to a Denis Raychuk of efexconsulting in Ukraine ... however, when I tracrt it, the url associated with this IP seems to be gifts.com.ua It seems very suspicious ... does anybody know anything about this?
OK, here’s my story… I have been playing WOW with my son for the last 20 days. My account has already been hacked, while using a strong password. I have given it to no one and only used it on the WOW client. So, my PC must be compromised. So, load up an IP watcher and see what happens. I get notification that Skype is trying to access a SQL server backed website at 78.109.29.208, which is an address in the Ukraine. All without my doing anything. So I just removed Skype, and will let you know if anything else pops up.
