This IP address is assigned to Michael (Mike) Thacker. He is a threatening cyberstalker who says he "vets" but actually incorrectly and maliciously defames individuals on the internet and harasses them via email. He had a defamatory blog site suspended by Word Press and a doxing blog that he voluntarily deleted the same day. The report, including the URls can be found here: http://frederickleatherman.com/2013/01/09/wordpress-suspends-cyberstalkers-site/ Michael swears to ruin the reputations of others, associates them with strangers on his websites (including addresses) and/or posts unsupported and malicious lies about them.
Untrue complaint by Xena regarding use of my IP address and is a retaliation for countering malicious and sustained attacks on George Zimmerman, Robert Zimmerman JR, related family members and supporters. Consistent and false accusations of racism directed towards George Zimmerman, his family, and supporters. Wordpress site used to ask questions about Frederick Leatherman's expertise and state of mind in using his law blog as a pretext to defame anyone who is involved in the George Zimmerman case either directly, or indirectly. No one on wordpress site has ever listed anyone's address or personal information or committed anything rising to false claims of defamation and wordpress site was removed because Pro-Trayvon Martin persons have threatened the blog owner.

DNSBL* - is a list of IP addresses published through the Internet Domain Name Service (DNS) either as a zone file that can be used by DNS server software, or as a live DNS zone that can be queried in real-time. DNSBLs are most often used to publish the addresses of computers or networks linked to spamming; most mail server software can be configured to reject or flag messages which have been sent from a site listed on one or more such lists.
WHOIS** - is a query/response protocol that is widely used for querying databases in order to determine the registrant or assignee of Internet resources, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system number. WHOIS lookups were traditionally performed with a command line interface application, and network administrators predominantly still use this method, but many simplified web-based tools exist. WHOIS services are typically communicated using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). Servers listen to requests on the well-known port number 43.
** Approximate Geographic Location - This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.
