50.22.171.4-- not only hackers and but stalkers that are intentionally committing webcrimes to Annoy,Steal and threaten government, grandma,grandpa and others not to their liking. So sad for minor and toddler children, they do not want education for themselves(GAtes) and refuse to let others be educated...esp the black race. Isn't it? Who blasts loud music after 12 midnight?
