This person has hacked into my personal laptop and now has access to our home IP address and my daughters personal Mac as of this evening. I have spent extra money today to have my laptop security software dumped and reloaded and this has not worked and changed security software and still can't get him out of our system. Who do I contact to press charges/file complaint....
