It seems that someone at this IP address has been violating our terms of use and accessing our site using some sort of masking methods. Not sure what they were trying to access, but their automated system caused our bandwidth to spike over 100 TIMES MORE than normal, causing us to have to pay surcharges, as well as paying our programmer to block certain methods of accessing our site.
