Norton blocked FATAL ATTACK FROM IP 212.83.155.47 S2223E21.WINDOWS-DEFENDER 2600 This was all I took down so hope it helps. I was playing an app I have played for years when the attempted attack happened.

this address has hit me 3 times in the last 24 hours. Gets blocked everytime, but I'm sure it gets through to some.
212.83.185.145 has a DDOS attack going against our system. We are blocking it but they are persistent. Why doesn't the ISP do something about this?
