The website is a fake yellow pages web site that attempts to fraudulently induce businesses to pay for advertising by telephoning them and doctoring recordings of the phone call to make it appear that a receptionist agreed to buy advertising on their web sites. It is part of a "yellow pages scam" as described by the FTC and numerous media outlets. The site should be shut down.
