Here is what showed up in my Norton history:
IP address has disappeared from adapter Qualcomm Atheros AR8161 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30) (IP address: 192.168.1.7).
Now I don't have a Qualcomm controller and have no clue why Norton picked this activity up.

192.168.1.7 is my IP part of IP range 192.168.1.0 - 192.168.1.255 / it is my smartphone IP.
But my network is compromised and someone regularly use my IP's as I have conflicting IP all the time!
