Blocked him for port scanning today. This IP has been on a rampage for well over a year. Almost certainly tied to the PRC Government cyber-espionage group.

What are these people trying to do? Anyone any idea? This website has been trying to hack into my computer 24/7 at least once an hour. They must be getting in some computers, what are they doing there?
