Was contacted by the "cousin" of this person who's email is NRD2092@gmail.com. Person texted me from a company called PCMSdatafit.com and asked me if I still had the item advertised on Craig's List and asked if I would contact his "cousin" at NRD2092@gmail.com because he was just inquiring and his "cousin" is the person actually interested in the item. Texted back asking where his "cousin" is located and haven't heard anything back. It's a scam for sure.

had a Patrina Walker contact me about a Dining Table , I tried to sell on Craigs List for &300 - and they send a check for 1300 with the expplanation as above , here is one of those E-mails : I looked up the tracking # online and the payment should get to you between today and tomorrow. As you were aware that i will include the mover funds along with your payment. So when check gets to you, I want you to have it cashed, then get your item fee and the rest funds goes to the mover guy via western union so that pickup of the furniture can be schedule immediately and delivered directly to my house Here is the information to make the transfer to movers via Western Union money in a minute. RECEIVER'S NAME:.... Jeanne Remy ADDRESS:............. 11760 SW 15th St ...................... Miami, FL 33184 Afterward i will require the below information from you. You should deduct all the transfer charges from the money you are sending to the mover. *Sender Name and Address *Amount sent <After deducting Transfer Charges> *MTCN (10 Digit Transfer Code) And please mail along with the best convenient time you want the shipper to come for the pick-up after they have confirmed the funds from you. Thank you for your understanding and acknowledge this email.

Another scam. I told them to have "mover" bring cash and no funny money and meet me at the local Sheriff's office. In my experience, any response that indicates a "mover" will be involved is a scam. I have a check (uncashed) for 60,000.01 for a motorhome. The want me to send $10000 t0 "Guido" in NY for the overpayment. Bank says check is phoney but unfortunately, some don't believe it since it says "Cashier's Check and cash it anyway. When it bounces, Guido has $10k and you have to make it up to the bank.

I also received a similar message after posting a piece of furniture for sale. A large check came in the mail and an email followed saying: "I looked up the tracking number online and it should deliver to you today. As you were aware that the payment would be sent in an excess amount to cover the shipping fee of the furniture and other consignments I have with the mover. Immediately you cash the check, deduct your sales funds and have the rest balance transfer to the movers that will come for the pickup via MoneyGram so that pickup of the furniture can be schedule immediately. Here is the information to make the transfer to movers via MoneyGram in a minute RECEIVER'S NAME:.... Ana Barrientos ADDRESS:............. 8605 Pawnee Rd ...................... Palm Desert, CA 92260 Afterward I will require the following information from you to pass to the movers. *Sender's Full name and Address * Actual amount after deducting transfer charges from movers fee*8 Reference #, and mail along the best convenient time you want pickup to take place." Obviously a scam. Please, don't do what they say. I am going to call the bank to verify the check and I am sure it is a false account.
