Received email stating their is a warrant issue for my arrest for a cash advance.....Stating i have till 5pm as of today to sent in 430 dollars to have the warrant dropped, but something doesn't sound right with this....I have emailed him two times already and nothing from what I asked him has he answered my question for me. Is this a scam?

Received an email from an Officer Mike Anderson claiming I was about to have a warrant issued for my arrest for not paying a debt to Cash Advance Inc. for which I have never received a loan from. The email states that he is with this Financial Crime Enforcement Network 500 New Jersey Avenue NW, Washington DC 20001-2020. I believe this is a scam.
