So Ken Mompha has registered the company in Las Vegas with a direct BUSINESS ID and everything. But states his friend Dennis is the one who got it and he now takes over and my husband will be the first artist they sign in the new company. But M.O.M LLC has been established since 2005 from Dennis so how can this be correct if its said to be new. We been asking to meet with Ken and he keeps giving the round robin and just wants us to sign the contract first before meeting him. And when we asked to meet with Sosa to sign the contract, ken states sosa is ineligible to be the person we meet with to sign the contract in front of because he is just family. But he told us when we start working with the company that Sosa was going to be the person we literally work with on everything until he comes back into the states. So yea me and the hubs beleives its a scam. For one the contract has a lot of contradicting points in it, two there is no verbal contact between us just email with Ken and dm-ing Sosa on IG. Three when we try calling their numbers no one answers and apparently Sosa has a google phone number ??? Four he states there is no branch and we cant wait for his return in order to sign the contract in front of him but by saying its just him he then wants us to sign because him and the label directors are pushing to start and move forward... how are you telling us there is no one for us to meet with to sign if you aparently have label directors on board ??? Yea we beleive its a scam and there is no other contact information to be given when looking up Dennis in order to talk to him about the business and to see if Ken is even real but you get a address. To many fishy things for us so everyone if you get contacted by M.O.M LLC please be careful. Its so easy to find business ids through online to make any company look legit but until you talk with the branch and boss and verify they work the company its probably a scam.

This email address is related to a Nigerian Scam. Projected company: MOM Entertainment Registered in Las Vegas, but owner identifies with being Nigerian. They attempt to scam you with entertainment contracts and offers of forwarding money to your bank account. They try to gain access to your account by requesting the online info. They claim it is to monitor transactions as they send them to you. It doesn't make sense because their agreement proposed is that the money they are sending is your salary or bonus. Associated names and locations: Ken Mompha - Nigerian - Engineer with a love for music and the owner of the company MOM Sosa, young counterpart located in Las Vegas - also Nigerian. Never available - primarily operates on Instagram. Communication is usually done via a phone call directly or Skype. They have no real social media presence. They don't do video chats. Communication is sporadic. This email address was used after all communications ceased and others were blocked in an attempt to make the would be victim looks as if he or she is the actual scammer. The person claims to be someone ripped off by you...the one that would have been scammed is actually scammed or was actually scammed.
